So I feel that I should share a tiny fact about myself. I tend to get really gung-ho about things. I was thinking about this writing club, which is yet to be named, and how we should operate it. My first thought was that we could print off our stories, poem, ramblings and hand them out to everyone. Then I thought of the trees. I decided that a blog would be a cool way for us to interact.
Pros of a blog: If you miss one week and are present at the next "meeting," you'll know what the heck the rest of us are talking about.
This blog can be made private if members of this group wish it to be that way.
If you are like me and hate to read on the screen, you can print it yourself and make it two-sided or on the back of used pages.
Easy, quick upload that requires copying and pasting.
Members of the community can give feedback (again, that is if we keep the blog open to all and not private).
We can all be authors on the blog with our own usernames and passwords!
This is only a suggestion. If everyone does not want a blog or does not have access to the internet outside of the school year, we can forgo and abandon this little guy. No hard feelings.
